Add Missing PhD and MS Education to Career Workspace Resume

The career workspace resume is missing critical education records: PhD EECS (UC Berkeley, Dec 2025) and MS EE (KAUST, 2014–2016). The resume previously listed erroneous degrees (BS Math + CS from KFUPM, MS from SDSU). README was fixed but LaTeX source and compiled PDFs need verification and update.

Acceptance Criteria

  • [ ] Verify resume/master/Resume_Meshal_Alawein_2PAGE.tex lists all three correct degrees:
    • PhD, EECS — UC Berkeley (2019–2025)
    • MS, Electrical Engineering — KAUST (2014–2016)
    • BS, Electrical Engineering & Mathematics — KFUPM (2009–2014)
  • [ ] Remove any reference to SDSU or erroneous BS Computer Science
  • [ ] Recompile PDF: run pdflatex twice, verify 2 pages, ~130–160 KB
  • [ ] Copy compiled PDF to resume/Resume_Meshal_Alawein.pdf
  • [ ] Recompile all variant PDFs
  • [ ] Run SYNC.md "After Editing the Resume" checklist
  • [ ] Cross-check education against DISCOVERY.md canonical table
