Morphism Mobius Ecosystem Restructuring Plan
Morphism Mobius Ecosystem Restructuring Plan

I need a comprehensive architectural restructuring and roadmap for an ecosystem split between two entities: Morphism Systems (the theoretical/foundational core) and Mobius (the company's product which utilizes similar concepts, the company I am becomgin the CSO/CTO of, and will take morphism underneath and integrate it and its mcps/packages/clis/etc. and papers and patents.. The current state of the project is disorganized (scattered documentation, inconsistent naming, and content bloat). I need a strict, professional layout that enforces "Guidelines" and "AGENTS.md" standards.
Detailed Requirements
1. Morphism Systems (The Foundation)
- Repository Structure: Define a clean GitHub structure for
morphism-systems. This repo must be completely independent of Mobius. - Content Focus: This acts as the mathematical engine and rigorous documentation hub. It handles patents, VC drafts, whitepapers, and core mathematics.
- Documentation Stack:
- Use Jupyter Notebooks (Python) for executable proofs and code-along theory.
- Use MkDocs (with Material theme) and PyPI for distribution.
- Pedagogical Style: Technical documentation must be layered. It should start accessible to someone with zero math skills and scale up to Master’s/PhD level rigor with complete proofs.
- Implementation Docs: Contrastingly, implementation guides (
.mdfiles) must be short, concrete, and pragmatic.
2. Mobius (The Application)
- Integration: Explain how Mobius "infinizes" Morphism Systems. It should act as the consumer-facing layer (Website, Dashboard, Features, Releases).
- Enhancement: Mobius should ingest the raw theory from Morphism Systems and blend it into a robust, feature-rich platform.
- Innovation: It must integrate brainstormed, novel concepts that are too experimental for the foundational repo.
3. The Master Plan (Deliverables) Please generate the following:
- File Tree Layout: A concrete directory structure for both repositories, fixing current naming conventions and removing bloat.
- Tech Stack Specification: Confirming tools for docs, deployment, and package management.
- Strategic Roadmap: A step-by-step plan to migrate from the current messy state to this dual-entity architecture.
- Kernelization Strategy: How the core logic serves both the academic/research/startup side (Morphism) and the business/commerce/platform side (Mobius).
Tone: authoritative, structured, and technically precise. Focus on modularity and separation of concerns.
